Support (updated 07/01/2008)
Due to very high running costs we
have had to change our support policy. Support will now be given
free of charge for a maximum of 30 days from the date of any item/s
purchased. After this period has expired support will not be
provided for the item/s unless a support contract is purchased.
This includes machine and software purchases. There are no exceptions to this.
